NOTES

Hire rates opposite are for 2012 hire of our luxury 6-berth holiday bungalows at 67 and 104 Brambles Chine at Colwell Bay near Freshwater on the Isle of Wight.

Our holiday accommodation is Tourist Board 3-Star standard.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required within 7 days of making a reservation. Balance is due at least 28 days before the start of your holiday.

To make a reservation, complete the booking enquiry form. We will check availability and get back to you asap.

LETTING CONDITIONS

Botly Leisure booking periods are Saturday to Saturday.

Holiday accommodation may be occupied from 2pm onwards on day of arrival.

Duvets and pillows are provided. If you require bed linen, this can be provided as an additional service at a charge of £5 per person, per week. If you require this service, please specify at time of booking.

Also provided are 2 clean tea towels & bathroom floor mat.

Holiday accommodation to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Botly Leisure operate a 'no smoking' policy in their bungalow.

The Linstone Chine holiday village allows guide dogs and bungalow owners pets but does not allow guests domestic pets in rented holiday accommodation.
